Del-Ton's Echo 316 is a go to for both beginners and experienced shooters alike. Crafted from chrome moly vanadium, the barrel features a medium contour profile, M4 feed ramps, and measures 16" in length with a 1x9 twist. Manganese phosphate and threaded with an A2 flash hider, this barrel ensures durability and efficient performance. The chamber is designed to accommodate both the 5.56x45mm NATO cartridge and the popular .223 Remington cartridge offering versatility when selecting ammunition. The bolt & carrier assembly boasts phosphated 8620 steel construction, HPT/MPI tested carpenter 158 Bolt, and chrome lined carrier interior, ensuring smooth operation and longevity. Equipped with carbine length handguards featuring an aluminum delta ring and single heat shield, this rifle ensures comfortable handling and heat dissipation. The upper receiver, forged from 7075 T6 aluminum, features an A3 design with M4 Feed ramps and a hard coat anodized finish for enhanced durability. The lower receiver, also forged from 7075 T6 aluminum and hard coat anodized, includes Mil-Spec components like aluminum trigger guard & mag catch button for reliable semi-auto operation. The M4 - 5 position Mil-Spec buttstock is reinforced with fiber and includes an H-buffer for improved stability and recoil management. Weighing 6.85 lbs when empty and measuring 36.4" fully extended and 32.6" collapsed, this rifle offers versatility in various shooting scenarios.
