The bolt & carrier assembly boasts phosphated 8620 Steel and HPT/MPI tested carpenter 158 bolt for reliability, with a chrome lined carrier Interior for smooth operation. The upper receiver, forged from 7075 T6 aluminum, features an A3 upper with M4 feed ramps and hard coat anodized finish for durability. The lower receiver, also forged from 7075 T6 Aluminum, is hard coat anodized and includes an aluminum trigger guard & mag catch button for easy handling. The M4 - 5 position Mil-Spec buttstock, made from reinforced fiber, ensures stability, complemented by an H-buffer. Weighing 6.85 lbs empty and measuring 36.75" fully extended or 32.625'' collapsed, it's both lightweight and compact.
